Audition Interview- The first interview that I will be talking about is audition interview. Instead of your typical interview where you are asked question to get to know the interviewee, in audition interviews the interviewer gives you a simulation or brief exercise in order to evaluate your skills. This allows you to demonstrate your abilities to interact. For example when applying for a position as a flight attendant at Hawaiian Airlines the company wants you to act out your skills such as greeting customers and handling certain situation.
Behavioral Interview- The next interview is behavioral interview. Depending upon the responsibilities of the job and the working environment, you might be asked to describe a time that required problem-solving skills, adaptability, leadership, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, initiative or stress management.
Group Interview- The next interview is group interview. Group interviews can be intimidating because you are being interviewed with other candidates. But having group interview provides the company with a sense of your leadership potential and style.
Informational Interview- The next interview is informational interview. During an informational interview, the jobseeker and employer exchange information without reference to a specific job opening to get to know one another better.
