Today, we will cook a `Korean Safood Pncake` with oysters which be the main ingredient, the food is known for the best dish when drinking Soju.
Ingredients : Oysters, Green onions (leek), Squid(Jookoomi), Flour, Egg, Water
Recipe :
1. At first, we have to make a dough what we need to cook seafood pancake.
Put some water, flour, egg, and a little salt in the bowl and mix them together to make a dough, while trying not to make any bubbles.
2. While making a dough, heat up the pan on proper temperature and put a little oil.
3. Put cleanly washed oysters, well-handled squid and the flour
green onions which is cut into about 4~5cm in the dough.
