A cellular phone cannot be divided human’s life. Maybe, it is the most important thing in our social lives.
There are many mobile communication companies in Korea.
Sometimes, customers can feel static during calling.
In generally, PCS’s speech quality is better than CDMA’s. However, we are tend to choose CDMA then PCS, because there are many fields in speech quality.
What is the most important thing in speech quality to customers?
We would like to find that using Quality Function Deployment.
Attribute
There are many factors related speech quality.
Charge, Cellular phone, the Rate of Success connection, the Rate of Crossed line, Good quality during calling, and etc…
