Frist, we should set boundary condition(after-wards b.c). There are four homogeneous b.c and three non-homogeneous b.c in this problem. It is important how to deal with these three non-homogeneous b.c. To deal with this issue, consider the fact that linear system can be broken up into two parts: the equations that correspond to the known displace parts with unknown force, and the equations that correspond to the unknown displacement parts with known force.

In order to use symmetry in the shape, a step file symmetrical to the center of the circle was generated, and then a mesh was produced using the gmsh program.
The left picture below is the process of creating a step file using free-cad, and the right picture is the process of creating a mesh using gmsh.
The element size was adjusted to match the number of nodes to 25, 50, 75, 100, 120, and more for cst elements and quad elements.
