1. explanation about I/O pin
SPI is a synchronous communication method that supports one-to-many communication. For SPI communication, at least one master and at least one slave device must exist. In addition, at least four lines are required for communication:
MOSI, MISO, SCLK and SS. MOSI means Master Out, Slave In. MOSI is a signal line for printing data from the master. MISO stands for Master In, Slave Out, and is a signal line for printing data from a slave. SCLK is the clock signal line, SS is the Slave Select, which is the signal line for selecting the slave for sending and receiving data. Because multiple slaves are connected to one master, a solution is needed to select the slave, which is used in this case, SS. Use one SS line for one slave, and SCLK, MOSI, and MISO signal lines are common.
mclk and heartbeat are prescalar outputs, after lowering the frequency of the clocks to reduce the count. Heartbeat is a frequency for flickering the led.
