1.Imprecise time check and measurement time interval
If we conducted experiment with more than one solution at once, there would be an error in the time measurement because we can’t handle all solutions at once. Also, we are short of data since we have taken samples every 5 minutes. If we set the measurement time interval into 1 or 3 minutes and conduct experiment with only one solution, we can minimize error.
2.Non-ideal solutions
When we use micropipette, solution must be mixed well to be ideal, which means the concentration is constant in the solution. If the solutions were not mixed well and the concentration was not uniform, the experimental values such as absorbance would have been affected. To avoid error caused by it, we should mix the solution thoroughly by pipetting up and down.
