In many stressful situations, the body`s response can improve our performance. we becom more energetic, more alert, and better able to take effective action.
많은 스트레스를 받는 상황에서, 신체의 반응은 우리의 행동을 개선할 수 있다. 우리는 더 정력적이고, 더 기민하고, 효과적인 행동을 취할 수 있게 된다.
But when stress is encountered continually, the body`s reactions are more likely to be harmful than helpful to us.
그러나 스트레스를 지속적으로 마주치게 될 때, 신체 반응들은 우리에게 도움이 되는 것보다 더 해로울 것 같다.
