Ⅰ.Intro
What is ANOVA
ANOVA is the most widely used analysis in statistics. If we have only two sample, then we can significant test by using 2-sample t test. But if we have three sample, then we can't use it. ANOVA is very useful when we have more than three sample. ANOVA is basis in F-test method, and this is very reasonable when we have more than three sample. Especially, in DOX(design of experiment), ANOVA is basic concept for analysis. In this manner we cover ANOVA in terms of tools for DOX.
Why not just use the t-test ?
The t-test tells us if the variation between two groups is "significant". Why not just do t-tests for all the pairs of locations, thus finding,
