At first, Question 2 is Choose a Segment and describe a campaign that could be used to encourage people in that segment to participate in one of the named sports related to their segment.
I would choose Segment Women for this question. There are many working women these days and they might suffer from physical and mental fatigue. They have a trouble maintaining their fitness levels, so Sport England could encourage them to participate on the weekends. Sport England could organize cycling rallies and events for its members. Cycling is appropriate for this segment because they don't have enough time to work out regularly, so they need to maintain their fitness levels during the weekends. Cycling is an absorbing sport and it could be effective. Also they could have confidence about their working out because Cycling delivers a social message, Health and Environment.
