* The tools we use to think change the ways in which we think
- Primary Information : Telemarketing, Marketing, surveys, questionnaires, observation, experiments, historical information and raw data... etc.
- Secondary Information : Books, internat, reports, newspapers, magazines, pamphlets and journals...etc.
- Communication Channel : Radio, TV, Computer, DVD, CD Player...etc.
- Empathy : Personal Life, Professional Life
