Introduction
Student all over the world are having a hard time getting into university. Especially for the Eastern Culture : Korea, China, Japan, etc. Passion for academic is not a problem but the society atmosphere for academic cliques is the problem. Last year, 2011, one news article on BBC, England had Korean SAT. It had pointed out ‘Korean SAT decides one’s life, risking one’s life.’ As I know, China has no difference. The day of gaokao is also ‘fatal day’ to Chinese.
As the end of 1980s, graduated students allocated jobs from government unrelated to their taste or ability. After that time it changed into finding one’s own job according to their fondness. Same as Korea, the main university and general universities have big difference. From selections of students to professor, education even school institution’s quantity.

The similarity between test score and property can represent this phenomenon. If you arrange the common, you can see it more clearly. First they are relative concept. If one get, the other could not get. It is easy to lose, hard to get. People always feel insufficient, and it is hard to feel satisfaction. Pain follows to keep, people hold each other in check, you could have enemy. Cheating can be one way to get this, make people feel thrilling like having a drug.
The test itself is also takes on critically. The question are encouraging students to memorize aimlessly and blocking students’ inventive, creative thinking. Also the test cause serious pressure for students. Though test could be the most equal way based on the merit system. It’s the only way poor students to be successes. The competition is equal and fair. But the student who decides to study abroad has been growing 20% annually since 2008 according to Chinese education government.
