** 교제분석 과제준비할때의 한가지 팁을 드리자면...반드시 유명출판사의 "Best seller" 를 골라야 합니다.
그래야 다른 사람이 평가한 내용을 보고 자기것의 부족한점을 보완하기 쉬우면서, 평가자료또한 구하기가 용이합니다.

처음에 귀찮아서...생각없이 분석할 교재를 아무거나 고르면 나중에 반드시 후회합니다.

남들이 안한것 하시지말고.. 잘된것을 더 잘만드는것이 나을듯 합니다.

1. Layout and Design

Prior to evaluation on Layout and Design of the textbook, American Headway, we think we should mention differences about people’s view of being beautiful, in particular, between westerner and Korean. Unlike their culture emphasized on efficiency, a beauty of space is considered very meaningful in Korea as well as in oriental traditionally. The textbook published by Oxford is also looking full of contents without moderate marginal space, which is likely to make the learners in Korea feel somewhat stuffy. In addition, its insufficient space also seems to be not enough for Korean students who made notes of important points in the margins of his textbooks. It will be necessary to leave a little more marginal space not only for the aesthetic of this textbook but also the aspect of functional factors. The commercial side should be made an exception of at this stage.

American Headway, however, is absolute perfect in refer of “Layout and Design” except for this one thing related to marginal space as mentioned above. With the acknowledgement that there is no single best way to learn a second language as a saying, “there is no royal road to learning,” the textbook attempts to use a variety of approaches combined with traditional and communicative methods (see 2. Language skills). These approaches are more looked persuasive and lively through appropriate illustrations such as cartoon, photo & graphics. While cartoons are rarely used (page. 14, 28, 37, 46, 85 and etc),
