HOLLYS COFFEE is one of the famous coffee chains in Korea. Its coffee and waffles are very good, so I like food and beverages of HOLLYS COFFEE. I often go to HOLLYS COFFEE near by my house, especially during the exam period. When I go to the place, there are always many people who enjoyed coffee and beverages. It is very interesting and valuable experiences for me to observe difference behaviors between male and female customers. I distribute my observed results 4 aspects. MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT OR COUPONS
In HOLLYS COFFEE, there are some useful cards, it is possible to discount or take benefits. First, A Show members card which can discount 10 percent. A Hollys okcashbag card has benefits of coffee up-sizing, or additional shot. It is also possible to save 3% of price as cash bag point. Other okcashbag card can be saved 3% of price as cash bag point. Specially, in case of HOLLYS COFFEE in Sam-sung dong, there is own saving stamp card.
