According to the Morgan Stanley report, published in April 13th, it is estimated that by the early 2014 the user for mobile will exceed the number of PC users. It is also predicted that by the year 2014 the boundary between the Mobile and PC will be ambiguous, therefore the classification of cable or non-cable internet will disappear as well.
As you can see from the chart above, supported by the Quantcast`s latest report, it is obvious that level of traffic in Mobile web compared to PC web is scarce yet. The chart indicates that North America and Oceania has the highest statistics; this value is only 1.3% of PC Web and according to Asia, which Korea is consisted in, is only 0.4%. However

who can develop App fast, will make virtuous cycle and structure healthy eco system. Even though Google is far ahead it does not have the various datas and services collected by domestic portal sites from experience to fit the taste of domestic users. Now is time to use such benefiting contents. In PC Web if the openness is to be provided to the 3rd party enterpriser by portal, than in mobile it is a must task for portal sites to survive. It has been known and understood before but the portal sites that has been procrastinating with current openness now is the time to rearrange the priority more than ever.
