1. IntroductionBoth the Olympic Games and the FIFA (Federation International Football Association) World Cup are the most popular sports event throughout the world. Nevertheless it is small than the Olympic Games in the scale aspect, FIFA World Cup is more popular than the Olympic Games. For example, total 26 billion audiences watched Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games, but total 32 billion audiences watched 1994 USA World Cup by television throughout the world during of each year (Sugden & Tomlinson, 1994). According to FIFA NEWS (FIFA.com, 2009), the most watched sporting event in 2006 through the world is the World Cup final match (284 million people watched at the same time), France versus Italy, in Berlin. Worldcupblog (Bob, 2009) says that more than 3 billion eyes will watch the next World Cup, 2010 South Africa World Cup, including through the television, Internet and mobile facilities. This is not just a football game. It is a huge attraction not only for audiences but also for global businesses, enterprises and global consumers.
