AbstractExternal pressures of organisations are from current business environments such as globalization, aggressive competition, improving new technology and customers’ trend changes. In addition internal pressures of organisations are from their business processing such as lack of management, business strategies, failing fund raising, management complexities, managers’ unethical behaviour, etc. The rationale behind this is that changing organizational management is important issues and companies have been selected the mergers and acquisitions in order to lay out a scheme for internal and external pressures.
The amount of mergers and acquisitions processes have been influenced to change organisational environment in internal and external business processes and as more and more companies realized mergers and acquisitions that are necessary to be integrated different businesses’ characters are not simple processes for organizations. Also, the number of company have realized that to be successful mergers and acquisitions needs to manage organisational changes.
