This is a case study to prove the effectiveness of FAT program for high school Adolescent who can't adjust well to their
school life. The object of this research is to prove the effectiveness of FAT program for high school Adolescent who can't
adjust well to their school life. The object group of this FAT research is 10 maladjusted teenagers who have records of
frequent late, absent, breaking class or class refusal and interruption, smoking, beating, punch-up, etc. FAT program is held
once a week, 90 minutes per session, and 10 sessions for all.
The results of this study is follows. First, in general adjustment of school-life, a significant average difference was found in
experimental group at the previous and post tests, but for the control group no significant difference was found. Second, in
general self-efficacy, a significant average difference was found in experimental group at the previous and post tests, but for
the control group no significant difference was found. Namely, the teenagers who participated in FAT program have shown
improvement of self-efficacy by and large, but others haven't shown any difference. Therefore, FAT program have been
verified as an effective program for teenager's improvement of self-efficacy, and it shows obvious improvement in general
self-efficacy field.
