한국어 초록

본 연구는 한국의 문화적 가치와 상담에 관련된 석․박사 학위논문과 학술지 게재논문의 동향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원 및 국회도서관에 게재된 논문 34편을 선정하였고, 연구내용별 분석기준은 예비조사를 거쳐 수집된 논문들의 ‘key word’를 기준으로 연구들을 통합 및 분류할 수 있는 내용분석을 상담심리학 전문가들과 논의하여 최종 결정하였다. 이러한 절차를 거쳐 수집한 내용분석기준 4가지는 한국문화의 특성, 한국인의 심리적 특성, 상담기법, 한국 상담자․내담자의 태도 등으로 나눠서 분석하였다. 또한 연구방법에서는 이론연구와 경험연구로 나뉠 수 있었고, 연구문제 제시여부, 연구 설계방법, 표집방법, 표집크기, 연구지역, 연구대상, 연구도구의 타당성, 이론적 근거 언급여부, 결론의 일반화에 대한 제한점 등으로 10개로 나눠서 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 한국인을 대상으로 한국문화의 특성과 가치, 상담에 관한 문헌연구로 분석에 사용된 연구논문은 34편으로 수가 매우 적었고, 연구방법에 있어서는 이론적 연구가 경험적 연구보다 다소 많았기 때문에 추후에는 경험적 연구가 많이 이루어져야 하겠다. 또한 연구도구의 타당도는 신뢰도만을 제시한 논문이 대다수로 많이 이루어졌으며, 연구 설계방법에 있어서 분석대상의 연구가 모두 설문지를 통한 조사연구였기에 실제적인 상담 장면에서는 이루어지지 않았다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

영어 초록

Thus purpose of this study is to examine what cultural features in Korea are and how consulting can be applied considering them through analysis of references with regard to studies concerning consulting subject, and suggest restraints about subsequent study to be progressed in furure. In this study, there are 34 papers including Korea culture and value and contents related with consulting techniques for Korean peoples concerning study of references. Data collection through preliminary survey6 is done focus on Korea throuth analysis of journals published and library in the National Assembly for academic papers of academic magazines issued with subject of features of Korean culture and consulting. Analysis standards by research contents were prepared by a researcher to integrate and classify studies based on ‘Key word’ of research papers through a preliminary surver, and analysis of prepared contents was finally determined through consultation with the instruction professor, a consultiog psychology expert. 4 analysis standards for analyzing contens of data by collected by a researcher via such procedures were prepared and classed by psychological features of Korean people, consulting techniques, attitude of Korean consultants and interviewers. In terms of research methods, they could be divided into theory research and experience research, and were analyzed with blassification into suggestion of possible research problems, research and design method, sampling method, sample size, research area, research object, appropriateness of research tools, possible mention of theory basis and limited generalization of conclusion, etc. In summarzing conclusion and suggestions of this research, research papers used in analysis of reference research concerning features, value and consultation of Korean culture for Korean peoples were 34 papers and very few. In research methods, theory researches were somewhat much than experience research and thus further experience research will be done. With regard of research design method, all researches for analysis object were done through questionnaires and thus reserarches done in respect of actual consulting scenes are needed. To develop consulting theory considering cultural features and value of Korea, empirical research to examine consulting scenes for Korean people are essentially needed and a analysis frame must be prepared to research Korean culture and consultation more systemaitically and definitively through execution of any consulting technique in the actual consulting scene to research objects regarding effective and diverse research subject, location and object.
