Abstract

한국어 초록

현대 산업사회에 있어서 새로운 지식과 기능, 기술의 급격한 발전은 기업의 경영관리 방법에 있어서도 변화를 요구하게 되었고, 이에 따라 우수한 인재의 확보 및 이들에 대한 지속적이 교육·훈련을 필요로 하게 되었다. 무릇 어느 기업이나 조직체를 막론하고 그들의궁극적인 성패의 관건은 그 구성원인 인적자원을 어떻게 개발하고 활용하느냐에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다.이에 따라, 현대사회 제반 여건의 변화에 대응하고 각 기업이 필요로 하는 인적 자원을효과적으로 양성하기 위한 인력개발의 중요성은 교육·훈련비의 증가와 사내 교육연수원의설립으로 나타나고 있다.그러나, 보다 효과적으로 인적자원을 개발하기 위해서는 교육·훈련비의 증가, 사내교육연수원의 설립과 같은 외형적인 성장뿐만 아니라, 교육·훈련프로그램의 내용과 활용면에 있어서 실제적인 향상이 뒤따라야 한다. 즉, 기업내 교육·훈련을 위한 조직적이고 체계적인자원, 교육·훈련프로그램과 종업원의 능력개발, 경력관리와의 연계, 다양한 교육·훈련기법의 개발 및 활용, 효과적인 내용 전개와 프로그램의 목적 달성을 위한 다양한 교수매체의활용, 교수매체의 활용을 위한 교재 및 교구, 시설·설비의 확보 그리고 교육·훈련전문요원의 확보 등 내용과 활용적인 측면에 더 중요하게 고려되어야 한다.특히 기업내 교육·훈련프로그램은 성인 학습자를 대상으로 조직의 목표와 개인의 성장및 욕구 충족이라는 목표를 동시에 추구하므로, 다양한 교수매체의 적절한 활용은 프로그램목표달성에 효과적으로 이바지 할 수 있다.

영어 초록

This survey was carried out with the purpose to provide educational ins ight incorporate education/training which is one of decis ive factors of succes s or failure ofcorporation.The survey ques tionnaire was dis tributed to total of 189 people (20 directors inexcellent training ins titutes , 25 corporate education/ training ins tructors of 3 profes s ionaleducation/training centers , and trainers in 144 of top 500 corporations in 1990).The contents of the survey are as follow :1. The general s tatus of corporate education/ training.2. The neces s ity of a program for corporate education/ training.3. The degree of acknowledgement about effects , when ins tructional media are applied tocorporate education/ training4. The reason for application and non- application of ins tructional media.5. The methods of education/ training and the application of ins tructional media.6. Evaluation of education/ trainingFor this survey, a questionnaire made for this purpos e was sent by mail and alsodoor- to- door vis its were made. And the returned/ collected answers were s tatis ticallyhandled by us ing SPSS package.On the bas is of abovementioned contents of the survey, I researched how and to whatdegree the education/ training was being used in corporations and also compared andanalyzed the differences among three groups , corporation, profes s ional education/ trainingcenters , and excellent training ins titutes , in order to find better way of us ing the mediain education/ training at corporations .The results of the analys is are as follows :1. The acknowledgement about the need of application of the faculty sys tems incorporations was very high but the teaching- learning sys tems were notsys tematically organized.2. The security of profes s ionally trained personnel in order to use the education/training sys tem was insufficient.3. The education/ training related departments and the person in charge lacked knowledgeabout the ins tructional media sys tem.4. The equipments of environment for apt application of ins tructional media program arenot fully available.5. The development and production of text by the profes s ional education/ trainingins titutes was insufficient.6. The person at excellent training ins titutes in charge of ins tructional media is notprofes s ionally trained for his role or his pos ition, but is only good for the role of anas s is tant.7. The ins tructional media being well us ed in corporations , education/ training centers ,and excellent training ins titutes are one- way teaching materials , such as OHP, VT Ror text materials , But the application of high- technology and two- way materials isvery insufficient.Therefore, for the improvement in application of ins tructional media in corporateeducation/ training.1. The security of profes s ionally trained personnels is needed in corporates .2. The equipments such as text or facilities for the better us e of the ins tructional mediashould be made in companies .3. The education/ training centers should develop education/ training programs and alsothe teaching materials which are suitable to education/ training techniques .4. Education/ training centers should cultivate profes s ional personnels for education/training.5. The excellent research ins titutes should equip thems elves with independentorganizations and should take practical role and respons ibility.6. The excellent research ins titutes should not jus t take the role of education/ trainingbut also take the role of consulting and service- giving.7. In order for the res earch ins titutes to perform as the supplier of education/ trainingthe development of programs , production of ins tructional materials , and the s ecurityof equipment along with a network between education/ training centers and otherexcellent training centers are needed.8. The excellent training ins titutes should be regard the education/ training incorporations as a long term inves tment.
