1. Introduction
When we map out a strategy, we used to write a 3 steps - recognition → engaging → buying - planning of advertising. In this process of 3 steps, second step makes consumer goes third step. But is it real ? That is question to me when I think out a strategy that engaging makes him buying. Especially, last week I was planned and finished another planning of advertising like that, question has been still left me and I start this report. When I examine questionnaires closely, I find questions that will be solved my question. These are no. 12 ` engaging of sports ` - the last question - and no. 10, 11 ` emotional loyalty `, ` behavioral loyalty `. No. 12 matches second step, no. 10, 11 match third step. So, I will study on this question I wondered always.
